Job summary

Global Events & Communications Agency, Singapore is seeking a Senior Event Project Manager to lead complex, end-to-end events from planning to onsite delivery. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and cross-functional teams across Singapore and the UK.

The role requires strong events agency experience, exposure to large budgets, and a hands-on leadership style to deliver conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, summits and live experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong events agency experience and track record leading complex projects end-to-end
• Experience managing large-scale event budgets of SGD 800k–2m
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously across different event formats
• Strong commercial awareness with understanding of margins, budgets and cost management
• Excellent client, supplier and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to digital events, registration platforms and delegate management
• Hands-on, positive attitude with strong communication and project management skills
• Regional event experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management from planning through onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up
• Client management as senior point of contact during delivery
• Budget, cashflow, supplier and project profitability management
• Lead delivery of conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, summits and other live experiences
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and mentor junior Project Managers
• Sourcing, negotiating and managing production and supply chain partners
• Work with digital teams on event technology, registration and delegate management
• Identify opportunities to upsell and support pitches for new work

My client is a long-standing global events and communications agency, with over 50 years of experience delivering events and engagement programmes for clients around the world. With teams across the UK and Singapore, they work across a broad range of projects, from intimate roundtables through to large-scale conferences, exhibitions, roadshows and summits.

They are currently looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join their growing Singapore team. This is a senior delivery role, taking ownership of complex projects from start to finish, while working closely with clients, suppliers and teams across Singapore and the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• End-to-End Project Management - leading projects from initial planning through to onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up
• Client Management - acting as a senior point of contact and managing client relationships throughout delivery
• Budget & Commercial Management - managing budgets, cashflow, suppliers and project profitability
• Event Delivery - leading a variety of projects including conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, summits and other live experiences
• Team Leadership - coordinating cross-functional project teams and supporting and mentoring more junior Project Managers
• Supplier Management - sourcing, negotiating and managing production and supply chain partners
• Digital & Registration - working with digital teams across event technology, registration and delegate management
• Business Growth - identifying opportunities to upsell, expand existing projects and support pitches for new work

What you bring:
