Job summary

SGCM Pte Ltd | Sgcarmart in Singapore is seeking a proactive Events & Project Manager to execute roadshows and exhibitions from planning through completion. You will oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision while driving vendor partnerships and attendee experiences.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work under pressure, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for events.

Qualifications

• Diploma and a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver License (good to have).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute events and roadshow projects from planning through completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end logistics for events, exhibitions, and roadshows—including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venue management, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
• Develop and track event budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure projects are delivered within financial and time constraints.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all elements align with brand standards and quality expectations.
• Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with new venues and potential partners to support ongoing event strategies and business growth.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction; collect feedback and prepare post-event reports for continuous improvement.
• Handle event registrations, invitations, RSVPs, and guest list coordination to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Willing to work at nights, weekends, or public holidays as needed for events.
