Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an experienced events and program manager to oversee end-to-end event delivery near the Novena MRT. You will coordinate vendors, manage logistics for international attendees, and ensure timely execution across all planning stages in 2027.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage vendors, coordinate logistics, and deliver events end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Familiarising with event frameworks and planning phase activities.
• Project manage vendors and ensure timely, within-scope deliverables.
• Track RSVPs, coordinate participants, and arrange logistics for international attendees
• Lead on-ground event execution and post-event follow-up for 2027.
