Qualifications

• At least 12 years experience in operational event management or project management.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, logistics and end-to-end events.
• Experience with international organisations or multilateral bodies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Familiarising with existing event frameworks, protocols, and planning work.
• Project manage event vendors and service providers to meet deliverables on time and within scope.
• Track RSVPs, coordinate participants, and handle international attendee logistics.
• Lead on-ground implementation and real-time logistics for international events in 2027.
• Coordinate post-event follow-up and document outcomes for relevant workstreams.
• Assist in coordinating initiatives across food safety, animal- and vector-borne diseases, and environmental hazards.
