Job summary

TD Securities Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for capital markets platforms such as Sophis, Murex, and SwapOne, including equity and FX workflows.

You will partner with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams in a follow-the-sun model, troubleshoot SQL and database issues across Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and manage incidents, changes and releases to maintain trading system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Markets Production Support experience.
• Hands-on support with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex.
• Experience with Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities and FX.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot trade booking, pricing, and risk processes.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases per ITIL practices.
• Operate in a follow-the-sun model across global trading operations.
