Job summary

TD Securities Singapore is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to provide Level 1/2 production support for Capital Markets platforms. You’ll work on Sophis, Murex, and SwapOne, enabling front-to-back trade lifecycle management across Equity, FX, and Risk domains.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams, performing SQL/Linux troubleshooting, managing incidents, and ensuring production stability in a follow-the-sun model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Markets Production Support experience.
• Hands-on support experience with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex, including front-to-back trade lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities, and FX trading businesses.
• Strong SQL and Linux troubleshooting skills with experience supporting Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of trade booking, pricing, market data, yield/rate curves, risk reporting, and VaR analysis.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of FIX protocol, STP processing, ECN connectivity, market data feeds, and Autosys job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications.
• Support Sophis/SwapOne, Murex, RTNS, and front-to-back trade lifecycle platforms.
• Monitor and support trade booking, pricing, market data, and VaR analysis processes.
• Support Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office users across global trading operations.
• Perform SQL and database troubleshooting across Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell, and scripting-related issues.
• Monitor market connectivity including FIX protocol, STP, ECN, and market data feeds.
• Support Autosys job scheduling, workflow monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases per ITIL-based processes.
• Operate within a follow-the-sun global support model with shift-based coverage.
