Job summary

TD Securities Singapore is seeking an Applications Support professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets platforms, including Sophis, Murex, and SwapOne, covering Equity, FX, Risk, and End-of-Day processing.

You will work with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office stakeholders to sustain trading workflows, monitor trade booking, pricing and market data, and troubleshoot across Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and PostgreSQL, plus Java/Unix scripting in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Markets production support experience.
• Hands-on with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex; front-to-back trade lifecycle involvement.
• Experience supporting Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities and FX trading.
• Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office workflow knowledge.
• Strong SQL and Linux troubleshooting with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of trade booking, pricing, market data and VaR analysis.
• Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell and scripting experience.
• Familiar with FIX Protocol, STP, ECN connectivity and market data feeds; Autosys.
• ITIL-based incident, problem, change and release management; SLA awareness.
• Ability to operate in a global follow-the-sun model with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications.
• Support Sophis/SwapOne, Murex, RTNS and front-to-back platforms.
• Monitor trade booking, pricing, market data, yield/rate curves and VaR analysis.
• Support Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office users across global operations.
• Perform SQL/database troubleshooting across Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell and scripting issues.
• Monitor market connectivity, FIX, STP, ECN and data feeds; manage Autosys scheduling.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases following established processes.
• Operate in a follow-the-sun model with shift coverage and escalation as needed.
