Job summary

TD Securities Singapore Application Support team provides follow-the-sun Level 2 production support for Capital Markets platforms, covering Equity, FX, and Risk functions, and End-of-Day processing. The role collaborates with Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office to ensure trading workflows and production stability.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in capital markets production support, hands-on experience with Sophis/SwapOne/Murex, strong SQL/Linux skills, and familiarity with FIX,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Markets Production Support experience.
• Hands-on support with Sophis, SwapOne and/or Murex, including front-to-back trade lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting Equity Derivatives, Cash Equities, and FX trading businesses.
• Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office workflow familiarity.
• Strong SQL and Linux troubleshooting with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of trade booking, pricing, market data, yield/rate curves, and VaR analysis.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell, and scripting.
• Understanding of FIX Protocol, STP processing, ECN connectivity, market data feeds, and Autosys scheduling.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITRS Geneos.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support, Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder communication for a follow-the-sun model.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for Capital Markets applications.
• Support Sophis, SwapOne, and Murex platforms and front-to-back trade lifecycle management.
• Monitor trade booking, pricing, market data, risk reporting, and VaR analysis processes.
• Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office across global trading operations.
• Troubleshoot SQL, databases (Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and scripting issues.
• Resolve issues in Java, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, PowerShell environments.
• Manage market connectivity, FIX, STP, ECN, and market data feeds.
• Coordinate Autosys job scheduling and workflow monitoring; handle incidents and changes.
• Operate within a global follow-the-sun model with shift-based coverage.
