Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking an Engineer I for Technology Services to support Windows endpoint technologies and regional data center operations across Singapore. You will work closely with global endpoint teams, regional staff and vendors to ensure secure, compliant and scalable infrastructure.

The role combines hands-on technical support with operational coordination, including OS deployment (SCCM/Intune/Autopilot), patching, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint management and Windows deployment, patching and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration and cross-team coordination across time zones.
• Familiarity with security standards and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint issues and escalation resolution.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle including OS deployment and patching.
• Maintain endpoint environments through automation and policy enforcement.
• Support Windows 11, Active Directory, Intune, and MDM solutions.
• Monitor endpoint health and alignment with global standards.
• Coordinate RDC operations, remote hands, hardware installs, moves and changes.
• Handle vendor relationships for hardware, circuits and licensing.
