Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Level 2 / Team Lead IT Engineer to oversee endpoint management and mobility initiatives.

You will manage Windows devices via SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Entra ID, ensuring provisioning, configuration, deployment, and retirement with strong security controls. The role requires hands-on expertise in patch management, GPOs, PowerShell automation, and vulnerability remediation, while coordinating with security, infrastructure, and development teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience administering SCCM/MECM and Intune environments.
• Ability to manage device lifecycle, deployment, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and batch scripting for automation.
• Experience with patching via Patch My PC and OS/app deployments.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint management across Windows devices using SCCM, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Administer lifecycle provisioning, configuration, deployment, and retirement of endpoints.
• Monitor health, compliance, and security posture of endpoints enterprise-wide.
• Administer and troubleshoot MDM for iPads and mobile devices with Intune.
• Implement Intune co-management with SCCM; enforce CA and compliance baselines.
• Oversee SCCM deployment strategies, software distribution, and OS updates.
• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications via SCCM/Intune.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell; optimize processes and reporting.
• Serve as technical escalation point for L2/L3 endpoint, mobility, and app incidents.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams; support audit/compliance.
