TheEngineer I position for Technology Services is responsible for supporting and administering Windows endpoint technologies across the geography, while also managing regional data center operational activities, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, remote hands services, billing, circuits and infrastructure support.
This role works closely withGlobal end point system team, local teams, vendors and regional leadership to ensure endpoint devices and regional data centers remain secure, compliant, stable, scalable and aligned with global standards.
The right candidate is self-motivated, technically strong, service-oriented and able to manage both hands-on technical support and operational coordination. This position requires strong troubleshooting ability, project coordination, vendor management, communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Tier2 support for endpoint issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and escalation resolution
- Manage endpoint lifecycle, including OS deployment (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot), application deployment, patching and compliance monitoring
- Maintain and enhance endpoint environments through automation, policy enforcement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Windows 11 environments, Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy and Mobile Device Management solutions
- Monitor endpoint health, deployment success and adherence to cybersecurity and global standards
- Collaborate with various teams to support global rollouts, compliance and infrastructure initiatives
- Support project delivery across endpoint and data center domains, ensuring alignment with global standards
- Provide guidance to regional teams on endpoint support processesand best practices
- Monitor operational risks, driving continuous service improvement
- Coordinate Regional Data Center (RDC) operations, including remote hands services, hardware installations, moves and changes
- Manage vendor relationships across hardware, circuits and software licensing, including procurement, renewals and billing validation
- Handle hardware ordering and circuit provisioning for RDC environments
- Maintain accurate data center asset records, rack layouts and capacity planning (power, cooling, space)
- Ensure operational stability of RDC environments and coordinate issue escalation with internal teams and vendors

- Understanding of business processes and regional IT support operations; experience in logistics operations is an advantage

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- 2+ years of experience administering Windows endpoints, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint support
- 1+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure support, vendor coordination, or regional technology operations preferred
- Experience managing technical projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a regional or global technology support environment preferred
