Job summary

Expeditors International is seeking an Engineer I for Technology Services to support Windows endpoints and regional data centers across multiple time zones. You will work with global teams to deploy and maintain endpoint technologies, manage incidents, and drive automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, project coordination, and vendor management, ensuring security and compliance while supporting regional technology operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 2+ years administering Windows endpoints, SCCM/Intune, and endpoint support.
• Experience in data center operations, vendor coordination, or regional technology operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier2 support for Windows endpoint issues, including troubleshooting and escalation.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: OS deployment, application deployment, patching, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate RDC operations, including remote hands services, hardware installations, and capacity planning.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, circuits, licensing, procurement, and billing validation.
• Ensure security, compliance, and alignment with global standards across endpoints and data centers.
