Job summary

EXPEDITORS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a motivated Engineer I in Global Technology to support Windows endpoint technologies and regional data center operations.

You will partner with the end user teams, vendors and leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable endpoint devices and RDCs, align with global standards, and drive improvements through automation.

Strong troubleshooting, project coordination and communication across time zones are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with endpoint management standards and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, AD, Intune, and policy enforcement.
• Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint issues and root cause analysis.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: OS deployment and patching.
• Automate endpoint environments and enforce policies.
• Support RDC operations: remote hands, hardware installs, moves.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with global standards.
