Job summary

You will coordinate inbound/outbound study groups, online and onsite trainings, and manage registrations, payments, travel bookings, and certificates while tracking budgets and aligning with stakeholders and partners to

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in events management and administration is preferred
• At least 2 years of work experiences
• Collaborative attitude and team oriented
• Good communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Result-oriented and hands-on
• Strong operational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and deliver all events and activities for REACH.
• Provide support to workshop facilitators to deliver high quality events.
• Organise local and overseas study groups and exchange programmes (registration, payments, flights and accommodation bookings).
• Plan and execute online and onsite events and trainings (attendance tracking, certificates, procurement).
• Manage registrations of participants and liaise with Finance on invoices/receipts.
• Track and update the budget on a regular basis.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts.
• Work with agencies and partners to meet REACH outcomes.
