Job summary

EtonHouse International Education Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Alumni Relations & Events Coordinator Executive to design and deliver innovative alumni engagement programmes and events, connecting former parents, students and staff to rebuild a strong, active alumni network.

You will lead communications across digital channels, develop engagement metrics, and ensure events align with branding and community goals.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree with at least 2 years of work experience.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with initiative and attention to detail.
Digital enthusiast with familiarity in martech and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience with event coordination and execution.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Initiate and manage a range of projects to develop alumni engagement opportunities and grow the membership of the Alumni Association.
Develop alumni engagement metrics and measurements of success and report on outcomes.
Build and maintain a vibrant alumni community on social media.
Manage and lead regular communications with alumni through digital channels and tools.
Plan and execute events to engage the community and coordinate with teams for delivery.
Continuously improve alumni data quality and recovery efforts.
