Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in programme operations, admissions or enrolment.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end customer/family journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead enquiry conversion and supervise two part-time Parent Liaisons.
• Build and maintain systems for tracking leads, enrolments and follow-ups.
• Review enrolment pipeline and coordinate action to improve conversion.
• Manage family journey from enrolment to programme completion with clear communication.
• Coordinate programme delivery in China and ensure readiness for staffing and deadlines.
• Support events and partnerships with enrichment centres and schools.
