Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a senior leader to guide the Data Center Service team responsible for building and operating hyperscale data centers worldwide. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the server fleet, drive cloud solutions, and ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure.

You will lead cross-regional teams, optimize PoP delivery, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and platform automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in CDN or IDC environments.
• Expertise in site delivery processes and co-location infra.
• Strong Linux, server hardware, and core networking knowledge.
• Proven leadership in building or growing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global edge delivery and operations team across multiple regions; set strategic roadmap and guide team.
• Own build, operation, and maintenance of all global edge PoPs (CDN, backbone, IDC); optimize SLAs and reliability.
• Strengthen automation and platform integration to boost delivery efficiency.
• Improve operational processes and create efficient workflows through platform integration.
• Interface with business users and vendors to align objectives and resolve cross-team challenges.
