Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Project Management professional to lead end-to-end server deployment projects in large-scale data centers. You will plan, execute, and close programs, align resources, and drive on-time delivery across cross-functional teams including Supply Chain and Data Center Operations.

We value strong collaboration, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will also promote energy-efficient practices and contribute to long-term capacity planning and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Proven record in technical program management for large-scale data centers.
• Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of server deployment projects in large data centers.
• Develop schedules, identify risks, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Data Center Ops, Development).
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor server performance and propose improvements and capacity planning.
• Develop data center capacity and performance reporting processes.
• Research new tech and sustainability practices for efficiency.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders and report progress.
