foodpanda Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Director of User Retention to lead growth and engagement across 16 countries and three brands. You will manage a 15+ person team to expand and retain active users, and drive new verticals offerings for higher engagement.

You will shape lifecycle communications, optimize ROI, and collaborate with product and data teams to accelerate adoption and retention across Quick Commerce verticals.

Formación

• 12+ years in relevant fields (growth/marketing, B2C tech)
• 5+ years in B2C tech growth or marketing
• Experience leading large teams (10+ people)
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing senior leadership
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Braze, HubSpot)

Responsabilidades

• Own User Retention and Engagement strategy for multiple brands and markets
• Optimize retention ROI and lifecycle communications
• Lead adoption of new verticals and retentions through cross-functional alignment
• Enhance segmentation, targeting, and experimentation with product/data teams
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Marketing, and regional teams
