Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a passionate Team Lead, Account Management to guide and inspire our account management team, focused on nurturing restaurant partners across the platform in Singapore. You will build durable relationships with owners and decision-makers, drive Joint Business Plans, and lead data-driven growth while coaching a high-energy team in a fast-paced, international delivery ecosystem.

This role offers leadership opportunities across the Delivery Hero network and substantial autonomy

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years in commercial account management, business development, or merchant partnerships, preferably in food delivery.
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality; love meeting owners and helping local eateries thrive.
• Masterful relationship & negotiation skills with diverse partners.
• Leadership and coaching mindset.
• Analytical and commercial acumen with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering ownership, curiosity, and high performance.
• Define, track, and review KPIs (portfolio GMV, revenue growth, partner retention).
• Conduct 1-on-1s, support career growth, resolve escalations, assist hiring/onboarding.
• Advocate for merchant needs internally, collaborating across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Logistics.
• Guide Joint Business Plans and Business Reviews with key partners to forecast revenue and growth.
