Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an accomplished program management leader to recruit and guide a global, multi-timezone team. You will own end-to-end management for expanding APAC markets, ensure readiness, and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Build scalable playbooks, frameworks, and reporting while representing the Risk program office in executive forums. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PM, strategy and operations, with 3+ years of people leadership, and a demonstrated ability to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, strategy and operations
• 3+ years managing people and building high-performing teams
• Proven zero-to-one delivery where no playbook exists
• Align Product, Engineering, go-to-market, and Operations on shared goals
• AI fluency with concrete examples of tools applied to your work

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a global, multi-timezone team of program managers
• Own end-to-end program management for a growing APAC market-entry portfolio
• Drive operational readiness, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards from scratch
• Represent the Risk program office in senior global forums
