Job summary

Seoulstart seeks a seasoned program manager to lead end-to-end launches across APAC. You will coordinate risk, milestones, and dependencies across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure aligned execution.

The role requires building scalable playbooks, assessing readiness, and driving multi-workstream initiatives with senior stakeholders. Experience in fintech/payments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience building from zero to one where no playbook exists.
• Fintech/payments or related fast-paced industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for new market launches across APAC.
• Track milestones, surface risks and unblock dependencies across workstreams.
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks and reporting standards for new markets.
• Coordinate risk, product, engineering and go-to-market teams toward aligned execution.
• Assess operational readiness and gaps before each market launch.
