Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Programs Manager for New Markets in APAC based in Singapore. You will own end-to-end program management across markets, drive readiness, manage milestones, and surface risks in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Ops, Product, Eng, GTM, and Strategy to ensure alignment and timely execution while building scalable playbooks and reporting standards that support Stripe's global expansion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0→1 with no playbook.
• Strong program management skills to track multi-workstream initiatives and surface risks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Eng, GTM, and Operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to present to senior audiences.
• AI fluency and ability to apply AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for new markets across Stripe's roadmap in APAC.
• Drive operational readiness across workstreams, track milestones, surface risks.
• Navigate high ambiguity and define the right approach when no playbook exists.
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and reporting standards to support a growing portfolio.
• Represent the team in senior-level conversations and ensure alignment and execution across stakeholders.
