Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a senior leader to drive APAC expansion, sizing opportunities and crafting market-entry strategies. The role involves designing licensing structures, shaping product roadmaps with Product and Engineering to meet regulatory launch requirements, and partnering with executives on prioritization and investments.

You'll build AI-assisted tools and governance cadences to ensure launches are well-planned and compliant, while supporting CEO Office initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC expansion strategy, sizing opportunities and defining winning market approaches
• Design licensing path, entity structure, and commercial model for each new market
• Shape product roadmap with Product and Engineering around regulatory launch requirements
• Partner with executives on expansion prioritization, readiness, and investment decisions
• Build AI-assisted tools, templates, and rhythms to systematize market entry launches
• Own go/no-go governance, sign-offs, risk assessment, and launch-readiness across functions
• Flex onto CEO Office initiatives like restructuring, crisis response, or special projects
