Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Head of Strategic Risk Programs for New Markets in Singapore to lead a global risk enablement effort for APAC market expansion. You will build programs from the ground up, manage a distributed team, and partner across Risk, Ops, Product, Eng, GTM, and Compliance.

You will drive operational readiness, governance, and standard-setting for a growing, high-ambiguity portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading risk/operational programs.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow teams.
• Strong collaboration across Product, Eng, GTM, and Ops.
• Comfort with high-ambiguity, 0→1 initiatives.
