Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to design strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business, and to build growth strategies by integrating real business scenarios with data analysis.

You will implement a user risk control and quality management system with standardized operations, identify high-risk user profiles, and refine risk control models while producing analyses to guide product and business direction. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 7+ years in internet finance or blockchain.
• Extensive operations management experience across multiple global markets.
• Strong logical thinking with strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages.
