Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Business Process Analyst to bridge business goals with IT systems, map current steps, and draft rules for digital tools such as ERP and e-commerce platforms. You will lead governance and readiness for global process rollouts across sales subsidiaries in Southeast Asia.

The role requires experience with PM methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum), strong communication, and the ability to work in intercultural environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Several years of professional e-business experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong experience with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP.
• Ability to work effectively in international and intercultural settings.
• High levels of initiative, teamwork, and governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process readiness and governance for global digital business process rollouts.
• Manage Business Process Requirements for Southeast Asia for SAP Grow program.
• Ensure global process alignment and standardization to governance structures.
• Support end-to-end user testing and training for digital business projects.
• Continuously optimize global digital business processes and frameworks.
