Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore seeks a Digital Business Process Analyst to bridge business goals with IT systems. You will map current steps, identify bottlenecks, and define rules for new digital tools like e-commerce platforms or ERP software.

You will lead process readiness, manage requirements for SAP Grow program across Southeast Asia, and ensure governance and standardization. Strong PM experience and stakeholder facilitation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong experience with project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process readiness and governance to enable rollout of global digital processes.
• Manage Business Process Requirements for digital activities in SEA for SAP Grow program.
• Ensure global process alignment and standardization to governance structures.
• Support E2E user testing and training preparations for digital projects.
• Continuously optimize global digital processes and frameworks.
