BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is looking for an IT Business Process & Digital Transformation Analyst to lead process improvement and automation initiatives in Singapore. The role requires hands-on analysis and close collaboration with IT teams and business users.

You will gather requirements, design future-state processes, and translate business needs into functional specifications. Immediate start is offered for candidates with at least two years in related fields and strong BPR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of BPR and process modelling, with hands-on experience in IT systems, digital platforms, or automation solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical functional and technical requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, present solutions, manage multiple initiatives, and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze and redesign existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement and automation.
Gather and translate business requirements into clear IT system requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Design and document future-state processes, process flows, business rules, and functional requirements to support digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors to support the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of digital solutions.
Identify and evaluate opportunities involving workflow automation, data analytics, AI, and other digital solutions, while driving continuous process improvement.
