Job summary

You will lead governance, manage regional requirements for SAP-driven digital projects, ensure global process alignment, and support end-to-end testing and training across SE Asia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and their application in governance and rollout contexts is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work conceptually and deliver results through a structured and self-reliant working approach.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to clearly articulate requirements and progress, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP is a plus.
• A proven ability to operate effectively in international and intercultural settings.
• High levels of initiative, teamwork, and assertiveness, with a focus on driving process excellence and governance.
