The role offers base pay plus a variable bonus and a central location near MRT. You will analyse demand variability, forecast accuracy, and capacity constraints, preparing reports and dashboards for management. Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse demand variability, supply constraints, and capacity issues to support effective decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend actions to improve planning performance.
• Identify seasonal demand patterns and emerging market trends that may impact supply requirements
• To perform monthly S&OP process by preparing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analyses.
• Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on key planning assumptions and operational performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Continuously drive process improvements by applying analytical thinking and best practices in demand and supply planning.
