Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Demand Planner in Singapore to build a regional function from the ground up. You will own demand forecasting, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and translate demand signals into actionable plans across ASEAN markets.

You will establish forecasting processes, monitor accuracy with MAPE/Bias, maintain SKU data, and drive continuous improvement. Mandarin ability will help liaise with regional HQ and ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Demand Planning or related function.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Beauty or Retail is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in forecasting and inventory planning.
• Familiar with forecast accuracy measurements (MAPE, Bias).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred; Oracle or equivalent considered.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Able to read and write Mandarin to liaise with regional HQ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks.
• Generate and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain to align demand with business goals.
• Translate commercial plans into demand signals for supply planning and execution.
• Analyse inventory risks, shortages, and excess stock with mitigation plans.
• Maintain SKU master data and planning parameters for data accuracy.
• Support regional planning across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning processes, reporting, and data quality.
