Job summary

ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity and applications. You will drive end-to-end delivery with governance, budgets and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 12+ years in IT project delivery, strong leadership and communication, plus a proven track record with vendors and internal teams. Knowledge of SDLC and risk controls is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and deliver IT projects across infrastructure, cybersecurity and/or applications.
• 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity workstreams.
• Define objectives, scope and success measures with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate dependencies and resolve delivery constraints.
• Governance cadence with SteerCo and maintain RAID and change control.
• Manage budgets, procurement deliverables and vendor performance.
• Ensure documentation, training and transition to operations.
