Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center infrastructure O&M or similar environment.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate with clear reporting.
• Familiar with KPI tracking, data analysis and fault troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and emergency response for global data center infrastructure.
• Escalate major risks and coordinate resources to ensure closed-loop O&M management.
• Drive implementation and supervision of O&M management systems across data centers.
• Monitor regional O&M metrics and optimize workflows and service quality.
• Support data center infrastructure platforms including data ingestion and alarm management.
