• Good documentation habits and ability to update workflows and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and emergency response for global data center infrastructure.
• Escalate and report major risks; coordinate resources for full closed-loop management of O&M risks.
• Drive implementation and supervision of O&M management systems; unify standards across datacenters.
• Monitor regional O&M metrics; perform quality supervision and process audits.
• Support capability building of data center infrastructure platforms, including data ingestion and alarm management.
