Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Customer Support Executive to back both sales activities and customer service, overseeing day-to-day operations, technical support and logistics to ensure excellent service.

The role involves advising customers, preparing quotations, managing orders and coordinating with European factories and freight partners to ensure timely delivery. The candidate should be highly organized, capable of independent work yet a strong team player, with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in customer support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Proactive and able to respond quickly to operational needs.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
• Prepare and provide quotations based on customer inquiries.
• Follow up on quotations to ensure customers have received and reviewed offers and update quotations as required.
• Process orders and manage acknowledgment and pre-payment with customers.
• Proactively manage customers and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Update CRM and attend to walk-in customers and respond to phone and email sales inquiries.
• Review terms and conditions between the company and customers prior to implementation.
• Monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities (in Europe), suppliers and freight forwarder and update customers.
• Coordinate logistics and liaise with factories in Europe and third-party suppliers including warehouse management and deliveries.
• Follow-up with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure SOPs and engagement standards are followed.
• Responsible for documents administration including DO, PO & Invoice.
• Maintain accurate data entries in the system.
• Inventory tracking, replenishment and stock coordination.
• Prepare COO/COQ/COC for customers.
• Maintain proper filing of sales and operational documents.
• Report generation weekly/monthly and administration support.
