Job summary

Tokalent is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to lead effort in Digital Assets Wealth Management, focusing on bringing in capital for digital asset funds and structured products.

You will devise investor outreach strategies, cultivate relationships, and articulate fund strategies to investors across Asia, including family offices, FoFs and asset managers. The role demands strong sales, crypto market knowledge, and a collaborative spirit in Singapore.

Qualifications

• New business development, account management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Experience in the financial services industry, crypto market preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Previous crypto experience with exchange, prime broker, custodian or asset management preferred.
• Knowledge of systematic quant strategies in digital assets.
• Role located in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Bring in new capital to the digital asset funds and structured products.
• Devise investor outreach strategy focusing on family offices, FoF, asset managers, HNWIs in Asia.
• Cultivate and maintain investor relationships; act as primary contact for inquiries.
• Articulate fund strategies and products to investors based on their appetite.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and deliver excellent service.
