Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Content Quality & Evaluation Team Lead to guide a dedicated group responsible for building Golden Sets and Ground Truth for platform policies, AI model evaluation, and enforcement teams. You will drive analyses of high-risk cases, transform policies into clear SOPs, and coordinate with global teams to improve human review and AI interception accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of content safety policies, with excellent content analysis and data summarization.
• Excellent English communication and logical thinking; ability to prioritize and understand business needs.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills; familiarity with quality control tools and systems.
• Experience managing cross-market teams or leading project implementation in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
• Preferred: proven experience producing high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Content Quality & Evaluation Specialist team to produce high-quality datasets and ground-truth for policies and models.
• Drive in-depth analyses on high-risk safety cases to translate macro policies into SOPs and guidelines.
• Manage quality performance across workflows; push for continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Algorithm, Product, and global teams to identify vulnerabilities.
• Systematize QA methodologies and establish robust daily QA mechanisms with core data metrics.
• Proactively identify quality risks and address workload impacts while ensuring stable delivery.
• Build team capability through development and resource planning.
