Job summary

BCD M&E Asia Pacific is seeking a Congress Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end management of assigned congresses, coordinating with internal planning teams, managing budgets, housing, logistics and registrations.

You will support onboarding, on-site training, and implement new processes, while serving as primary client contact and ensuring compliance, supplier negotiations, and audit-ready documentation. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ congress/convention planning/management experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in client management.
• Experience with participant registration for congresses is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end congress project management from planning to close-out.
• Manage budgets, housing, logistics, and registrations for assigned congresses.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with internal planning teams.
• Oversee vendor contracts, supplier negotiations, and compliance.
• Provide on-site support and training; mentor team members.
