Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events in Singapore seeks a Congress Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning for assigned congresses, manage budgets, housing, registrations, and on-site logistics, and maintain strong PCO relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams and support onboarding initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating compliance, ensuring timely delivery, and driving process improvements while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ congress/convention planning/management experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in client management.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ attendee management experience.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage congress projects, including budgeting, housing, and logistics.
• Act as primary client contact for logistical arrangements and registrations.
• Lead on-site coordination, supplier contracting, and compliance.
• Develop training and onboarding programs for new hires.
