Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a Congress Coordinator to support logistics and attendee management for international congresses in Singapore. You will work with the CPM and internal teams, coordinate with PCOs and suppliers, and help ensure timely service delivery and compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to handle post-event surveys, print materials, and on-site support while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support meeting planning from hotel blocks to registrations.
• Coordinate supplier and client communications for congresses; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Assist with technology tools (Cvent) data entry and reporting.
• Prepare printed materials and attendance communications; support post-congress surveys.
