Job summary

MP Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile conferences, exhibitions and corporate events in Singapore and across the region.

You will work with government agencies, associations, sponsors, exhibitors and partners to ensure exceptional experiences from concept through execution. Travel may be required to support overseas projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Professional Conference Organising (PCO), exhibitions, corporate events or large-scale business events.
• Proven ability to independently manage conferences, exhibitions or B2B events from planning through onsite execution.
• Experience with managing project budgets, vendors, stakeholders and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, exhibitions, meetings and business events from project initiation through to post-event completion.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, work plans, deliverables, risk registers and milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery, on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary project lead and key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; build and maintain relationships with government agencies, associations, sponsors and partners.
• Manage all aspects of conference and event delivery, including sponsorship fulfilment and contractual deliverables where applicable.
• Source, appoint and manage vendors (production, AV, registration, logistics, venue, F&B) to ensure smooth event operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape industry-leading events in Singapore and the region.
