Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Congress Coordinator in Singapore to support logistics for international congresses. You will work with the planning team to ensure timely service delivery, manage registrations, and maintain compliance and documentation.

The role is largely behind-the-scenes but may involve direct client interaction for complex web builds or attendee updates. You will collaborate with the CPM and internal teams to source options, communicate details, and oversee printed

Qualifications

• 2+ years in congress/convention planning/management
• 2+ years in account/client management
• Experience managing outside vendors and negotiating contracts

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage hotel blocks and registrations
• Coordinate supplier and client communications
• Oversee technology tools (Cvent) and attendee data
• Prepare materials and ship to locations
• Lead internal planning team and on-site coordination
