BCD MEETINGS & EVENTS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Congress Coordinator to support logistics planning and attendee management for international congresses.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and a desire to get the job done. The Congress Coordinator works closely with the Congress Project Manager and is typically behind-the-scenes, with occasional direct client interaction; you will liaise with internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ congress/convention planning/management experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in account/client management.
• Experience managing outside vendors, sourcing, and negotiating contracts.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Previous experience with participant registration for congresses.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• International attendee experience a plus.
• Travel industry and destination knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
