Job summary

Digital Realty seeks a Global Command Center Analyst-I to monitor mission-critical 24/7 data center infrastructure, deliver customer service, and drive incident triage and escalation. This on-site role requires rotating shifts for continuous global support.

You will own incident management, coordinate with internal teams, draft communications, and document activities across enterprise platforms while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a 24/7 Global Command Center, NOC, or Data Center.
• Foundational knowledge of data center operations and M&E subsystems.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Office Suite or SharePoint.
• Industry certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCTP/DCCA/DCD/ITIL) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mission-critical 24/7 data centers and provide Tier I operational support.
• Lead incident triage, handle escalation and coordinate across teams.
• Draft timely incident and maintenance communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate bridge calls during P1 incidents for rapid resolution.
• Monitor alarms, perform initial remote fault isolation, and coordinate site teams.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, communications, and resolutions.
• Ensure KPI/SLAs are met and contribute to QA audits and SOPs.
