Job summary

Digital Realty in Singapore is seeking a Global Command Center Analyst-I to be the first line of defense for our mission-critical data center infrastructure. You will monitor systems, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive incident triage and escalation on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

This on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a 24/7 Global Command Center or similar.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service or technical support.
• Foundational knowledge of Data Center facility operations and M&E subsystems.
• Hands-on proficiency with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Operational Monitoring & Support to ensure continuous 24/7 data center operation.
• Incident management from intake to resolution with escalation as needed.
• Draft timely notifications for incidents and advisory communications.
• Lead internal bridge calls during P1 incidents for rapid coordination.
• Monitor alarms and coordinate with site teams for triage and mitigation.
• Document incidents and actions in enterprise ticketing systems for auditability.
