Job summary

Aon in Singapore is seeking a client-focused professional to lead consulting and delivery for corporate clients, driving renewal discussions, preparing reports, and delivering value across benefits programs.

You will coordinate with account managers, brokers, claims and admin teams to ensure service excellence, meet KPI targets, and build lasting client relationships while leveraging your leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent from a recognized university or polytechnic.
• Meet minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA representative with MAS.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Leadership to manage teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborate effectively across departments and the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-directed growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal meetings and prepare/review reports and collateral.
• Develop client-related initiatives for holistic benefits consulting.
• Maintain direct client relationships and act as escalation point.
• Drive client retention and growth to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure timely payments and credit control within range.
