Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore seeks a senior Client Relationship Manager for Financing & Securities Services (FSS) Client Solutions. You will actively manage strategic client relationships, coordinate with BAMs, FSS RMs, Sales and Product Management to deliver bespoke solutions and ensure high service standards across multi‑market clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of client business models, risk and governance, and the ability to navigate challenging situations while balancing

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Operational Client Relationship Management/Client Services
• Extensive end‑to‑end Securities operations experience
• Knowledge in Funds Administration Operations or Funds Administration Client Servicing
• Knowledge in Transfer Agency Operations or Transfer Agency Client Servicing
• Knowledge in Global Custody Operations or Global Custody Client Servicing

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and lead day‑to‑day issue resolution with clients
• Ensure agreed KPIs are adhered by internal stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with BAMs, FSS RMs, Sales and Product Management to define client requirements
• Identify innovative solutions to client needs and workflow improvements
• Monitor competitor service offerings to identify gaps and remediation efforts
• Embed risk management and governance into client solutions while maintaining cost efficiency
