Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a Relationship Service Manager, International Banking, to partner with Relationship Managers to drive business growth through reliable service delivery and meaningful client engagements. You will manage day-to-day client servicing, documentation, and internal coordination while upholding risk and control standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry with a strong client-service mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Clear communication and relationship-building with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organised and able to prioritise urgent tasks.
• Collaborative and responsible, calm under pressure.
• Strong awareness of risk, compliance, data privacy and banking secrecy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client banking queries and requests.
• Manage account servicing and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to support client needs.
• Verify and process transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Track and resolve client complaints with timely follow-up.
• Participate in service initiatives to improve client experience.
• Provide admin support for Branch and Hub operations and assist with client events.
• Maintain risk awareness and mitigate fraud, conduct and compliance risks.
• Protect client information per data privacy and banking secrecy rules.
• Collaborate across Branch, Operations, Product, Risk and Segments.
