Job summary

Hedgepoint Group in Singapore seeks a Client Services Analyst to support the business and its external clients throughout the customer journey. You will liaise with clients, gather information, and provide post-trade and operational support to ensure a positive client experience.

The role requires strong problem-solving, autonomy, and collaboration with Sales and other departments across regions. Based in the Singapore office, you will help address client needs in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous Client Services experience within financial markets.
• Experience using Microsoft solutions, process-automation tools, and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Services with day-to-day activities and client inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, post-trade activities and client documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Legal and other teams to resolve onboarding and client needs.
• Identify process improvements using Microsoft tools and AI technologies.
